Home Cooking Spot is a small personal recipe collection. It started as notes passed between two kitchens and grew into a site mostly so the good ones stopped getting lost.

Every recipe here has been cooked many times in a normal home kitchen, with normal equipment. Nothing is written from a photograph of somebody else's dinner.

There is no newsletter and no advertising. If you spot an error, a wrong quantity or a step that doesn't work, that is genuinely useful to hear.
